regarding the processing of personal data and the rights of personal data subjects

This, FOP Bokhonko O.P. (hereinafter referred to as the “Zona vzuttya” store), guided by Articles 8, 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI, informs you about the procedure for processing personal data and the rights of personal data subjects. "Zuttya Zone" ensures the processing and protection of personal data of individuals in compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", other laws and regulations of Ukraine, the Convention for the Protection of Individuals in Connection with Automatic Processing of Personal Data and international treaties of Ukraine. "Zuttya Zone" is the owner of the following personal data bases, including client contact information for obtaining a registered/non-registered license for software products.

Basic terms in the field of personal data protection

In accordance with Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”:

  • Personal data database - a named set of ordered personal data in electronic form and / or in the form of personal data files;
  • The owner of personal data is an individual or legal entity who is granted the right to process this data by law or with the consent of the subject of personal data, who approves the purpose of processing personal data, establishes the composition of this data and the procedures for their processing, unless otherwise specified by law;< /li>
  • Consent of the subject of personal data is the voluntary expression of the will of an individual (subject to her awareness) to provide permission to process his personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing, expressed in writing or in a form that allows one to conclude that it has been granted;
  • Processing of personal data - any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, restoration, use and distribution (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems;
  • Personal data - information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified;
  • Personal data processor is an individual or legal entity who is granted the right by the owner of personal data or by law to process this data on behalf of the owner;
  • Personal data subject is an individual in respect of whom, in accordance with the law, his personal data is processed;
  • Third party - any person, with the exception of the subject of personal data, the owner or manager of personal data and the authorized state body for the protection of personal data, to whom the owner or manager of personal data transfers personal data in accordance with the law.

Purpose of processing personal data

"Zuttya zone" carries out the processing of personal data:

  • in order to meet the needs of individuals and legal entities to meet their own needs for high-quality and affordable software;
  • for the purpose of implementing other powers, functions and responsibilities of the “Vzuttya Zone”, do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine.

Rights of individuals - subjects of personal data

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” The subject of personal data has the right:

  1. Know about the location of the personal data base containing his personal data, its purpose and name, location and/or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or give appropriate instructions to receive this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established law;
  2. Receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
  3. To access your personal data;
  4. Receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response as to whether his personal data is stored in the relevant personal data base, as well as receive the content of his personal data stored;
  5. Submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of your personal data;
  6. Submit a reasoned request to change or destroy your personal data by any owner and manager of personal data if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
  7. To protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is unreliable or discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual faces;
  8. Submit complaints about the processing of your personal data to government authorities and officials whose powers include ensuring the protection of personal data, or to the court;
  9. Apply legal remedies in case of violation of laws on the protection of personal data;
  10. Introduce clauses limiting the right to process your personal data when providing consent;
  11. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  12. Know the mechanism for automatic processing of personal data;
  13. To be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.

Grounds for processing personal data

The processing of personal data is carried out by “Zona vzuttya” with the consent of individuals, as well as without such consent in cases specified in Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”:

  • for implementation "Zone vzuttya" their functions, rights, duties and powers determined by the legislation of Ukraine;
  • for the purpose of preparing statistical, administrative and other information in accordance with;
  • in order to protect the vital interests of the subject of personal data;
  • if it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of owners of personal data of third parties, except in cases where the subject of personal data demands to stop processing his personal data and the need to protect personal data, such interests prevail.

"Zuttya zone" carries out the processing of personal data obtained from publicly available sources without the consent of the subject of personal data. Application of an individual to the "Zona vzuttya" or using the services of the Internet site "Zone vzuttya" (shop.micro-gis.com) indicates the consent of such person to the processing of the “Zone vzuttya” his personal data in connection with such treatment or use of the services of the Internet site "Zone vzuttya". Denial of the person regarding the processing of personal data required by the "Zone vzuttya" Internet portal to fulfill your obligations, incl. withdrawal by a person of consent to data processing may become grounds for termination of the implementation of the “Zone vzuttya” / Internet portal terms of use.

Composition and content of personal data processed by "Zone vzuttya"

The content of personal data processed by Zona Vzuttia corresponds to information received from individuals or their representatives or third parties, and also includes information that is known / has become known to Zona Vzuttia. in connection with the use of the Internet portal or was obtained from publicly available sources. In particular, but not limited to "Zone vzuttya" carries out the processing of personal data in the following composition:

  • last name, first name, patronymic, taxpayer registration card number (identification number);
  • actual place of residence and according to state registration;
  • email addresses, telephone numbers and other electronic identification data;
  • voice recordings, images (photos and videos);
  • other information that became known to the "Vzuttya Zone" in connection with the implementation of legal relations with an individual, subject to the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

"Zuttya zone" carries out the processing of personal data until the expiration of the information storage period determined by the legislation of Ukraine, or while the need exists. The procedure for accessing personal data is determined by the “Zone vzuttya” independently in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
