Legislative framework

The relationship between the Parties is regulated by the Civil Code of Ukraine, the law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and other legislative acts in force at the time of execution of the transaction between the Parties.

Discounts

"Zuttya zone" systematically provides discounts to its customers. If there are several discounts on the same product, the maximum discount takes priority. All current discounts and special prices are reflected in the product catalog next to the price. You will be kept up to date by subscribing to the newsletter.

Placing orders

You can place orders on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All order processing procedures (placement, modification or cancellation) are performed only within the electronic catalog and have advantages over any other documents and means of communication at the Customer’s disposal. The online store and the Customer declare their agreement with these Operating Rules, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ordering

Once you have decided on the choice of product and have successfully added it to the “cart”, you need to place an order. To do this, in the "basket" edit the required quantity of the product. Next, click on “Place an order”, fill out all the required fields and pay for the order.

Guarantees of the administration of the online store

Online store "Zona vzuttya" provides services for the sale of goods on the territory of Ukraine. Each store customer has the right to demand high-quality, accurate and fast order execution. Delivery times

The delivery time is indicated for each item in the program card (in the catalog); if the terms are not specified, then the following rules apply:

  • for items delivered electronically (by email) - guaranteed delivery time of 3 business days from confirmation of payment for the order;
  • for items delivered by courier or mail, the delivery time is determined when placing an order and depends on the recipient’s region.

Force majeure

The online store is exempt from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under the contract if this failure is a consequence of force majeure circumstances (fire, flood, earthquake, military actions, actions and regulatory instructions of government bodies) that are binding on the Internet store arising after the conclusion of the contract, provided that these circumstances directly affected the Company’s fulfillment of its obligations.

Financial documents

All financial documents necessary for reporting are sent to the actual address specified when placing an order by the transport company at the Client’s expense.

Documents are issued within 5 business days from the date of actual delivery of the order, subject to prior request during the ordering process. When a registered letter is sent, a notification is sent to your email address.

Responsibility of the online store

The online store does not test products for their compatibility with any specific devices, systems, etc., their suitability for operation in any specific conditions, etc. The online store is not responsible for any losses of the Customer, direct or indirect. The amount of compensation to the Customer from the online store under no circumstances may exceed the cost of the paid goods.

Disputes

All possible disputes are resolved by the Parties by agreement, in compliance with the claims procedure. If it is impossible to resolve controversial issues through negotiations, the controversial issues are considered in the Kiev International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

When resolving controversial issues, the Parties undertake to exchange notices or notifications in writing (not electronically). The parties undertake to provide a response to the received notice or notification within seventy-two hours.

Payment methods

Cash payment

Private individuals. Cash payments from individuals are made through any commercial bank. After filling out and confirming the order, you will receive a completed receipt with the details of the online store. You can print this receipt to pay for the order, with the parameters of your order, and use it at the bank.

Note: Please note that the cost of the order does not include the bank commission; it is paid separately from the cost of the order. The fee for a bank transfer is approximately 3% of the order value.

Cashless payment

Legal entities. Non-cash payments to legal entities are made through any commercial bank in which the legal entity has a current account. After filling out and confirming the order, you will receive a completed invoice with the details of the online store. You will be able to print this invoice with the parameters of your order for payment.

Prepayment must be made within 5 banking days from the date of placing the order.

All financial documents necessary for reporting are sent by letter to the actual address specified when placing an order.

Documents are issued within 5 working days from the date of actual delivery of the order. When a letter with documents is sent, a notification is sent to your email address.

Attention! All accounts "Zona vzuttya" It is possible to pay ONLY within 5 working days. At the end of this period, the account automatically becomes invalid; funds received through such an account will be returned to the client on the same day.

Payment by VISA/MasterCard plastic card (eCommerceConnect)

Payment by bank cards of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard is provided by the Ukrainian Processing Center (UPC).

Processing of the received confidential client data (card details, registration data, etc.) is carried out at the processing center. Ukrainian Processing Center (UPC) – the largest processing company in Ukraine, Eastern Europe and the CIS countries, certified by the international payment systems VISA International, MasterCard International and American Express.

Thus, no one, not even the seller, can obtain the client’s personal and banking data, including information about his purchases made in other stores. To pay by credit card, you must enter information in the following fields:

  • select the type of payment system (eCommerceConnect);
  • indicate the card number (16 digits on the front side of the card);
  • enter the CVC / CVV number*, which is printed on the back of the card;
  • cardholder's first and last name (exactly as they are written on the front of the card);
  • card expiration date, which is written on the front side of your card.

* CVC / CVV number is three digits located on the back of the card, on the signature strip. The UPC system uses SSL protocol version 3.0 for data transmission, which allows information to be transmitted in encrypted form. The cryptographic key size is 2048 bits. Payment details are entered on a secure payment page, which is an integral part of the UPC system. This ensures information protection from intruders and ill-wishers of online businesses. The security of processing payments by bank cards via UPC is guaranteed by the pan-European security certification system Hacker Safe, the PCI standard and 100% compatibility with the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code protocols.

These new e-commerce services, promoted by MasterCard and VISA, make online payments significantly more secure. This happens because the buyer identifies himself with a personal password, which plays the same role as the signature on a check and a regular trading terminal.

Electronic payment services at retail and service points connected to LiqPay resources can be used by any plastic card holder, regardless of the location of the bank and the currency of the card. It should be emphasized that the card data is not available either to the online store where the purchase is made, or, especially, to third parties, since all data is transmitted via secure channels.

This creates an effective barrier to the abuse of payment cards on the Internet and significantly reduces the risk of fraud.

Payment by card through the Privat 24 system (PrivatBank)

Payment using Privat-24 users makes it easy to pay for a purchase: by selecting a product and clicking the “Pay” button, the client logs into the Privat-24 system on the page of the payment order in favor of the company and makes the payment.

Note: When paying through "Privat-24", from the client, according to the rules of the bank "PrivatBank" commission 0.5 UAH.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery from Nova Poshta is payment for goods/cargo by the recipient upon receipt of the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch or at his place of residence.

Delivery cost: when ordering, delivery cost is calculated automatically on the website according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
Delivery of large corporate orders throughout Ukraine is agreed upon individually and is made at the expense of the recipient. Dispatch: every day, from Monday to Sunday, on the agreed day. Delivery times to your city depend on the route of Nova Poshta vehicles. (you can view the termson the carrier’s website)
We are not responsible for changes in delivery times by the carrier. Therefore, we advise you to choose the desired date of receipt with at least one day in reserve (especially if these are holidays).
 

NOVA POSTA to the branch

To the Nova Poshta branch of your choice up to 1-3 days from the moment of placing the order.
 

NOVA POSTA by courier to the specified address

To the address you specified, by courier "Nova Poshta" up to 1-3 days from the moment of placing the order, subject to 100% payment when placing the order.
 

NOVA POSTA to the parcel terminal

To the Nova Poshta parcel terminal of your choice. up to 1-3 days from the moment of placing the order, subject to 100% payment when placing the order.
 

SELF PICKUP

You can pick up your order yourself at the chain store, if the desired product is in stock, up to 5 days from the date of order. If the selected brand is not represented in the store, the goods are sent by other means.
 

Other conditions

This document contains a comprehensive description of the rules between the online store and the Buyer and takes precedence over any other documents between the Parties.
